There needs to be more training of ALL "Law Enforcement Personnel" in regards to those with disabilities and mental issues -- I understand that it can be very difficult to determine if a person is mentally ill or a drug addict -- most of the time they just want to get the call over and done with so they can ... Those with disabilities and mental issues are mistreated as much if not more than minorities.

One person one vote, iniversal access through the postal service, which serves every American in every community.. Everyone gets a ballot and signs with their unique fingerprint. No machines that can be hacked and not traced. Only paper ballots. We should be required to vote or pay a penalty and pass a simple citizen awareness test at 18 when we become eligible to vote. Corporations, businesses and lobbyists should be banned from the political process . Gov. of by and for the people.

Cleave large corporations so none are too large to fail. A side effect would be to stimulate competition. Another side effect would be reduction of corporate control of government. Limit bank operations to the state in which each is incorporated. Modify patent law in some areas to stimulate idea sharing rather than hoarding.

Instead of continuing to accrue huge mountains of landfill garbage disposal surrounding urban areas, mulch it into biodegradable refuse and transport it by rail to the west, and spread it out over the land to replenish and replace the missing topsoil that has disappeared and regenerate farmable land masses where the topsoil has been severely depleted by over farming or by windstorms.

Establish a corporate tax incentive, leveraging the corporate tax rate, that reduces a company's tax liability if the median hourly rate for their employees is considered "a livable" or "fair wage." The higher their employee's hourly rate (excluding executives) the lower their corporate tax liabiliy. This would directly help small businesses reduce their tax burden and significantly benefit low wage workers, while incentivising big corporations to profit share with employees to drive earnings.

Instead of amending the Constitution, maybe contributions over a certain amount could be taxed and have that tax money go to the opposing candidate to ensure a fair platform.

Recognize the need for paradigm change in education - the need to replace "student progress based on time" with "student progress based on learning", which requires personalized learning and competency-based learning and assessment. Create government incentives and supports, like those described in the book, "Reinventing Schools," to help school systems to transform to the learner-centered paradigm.

The Great Hat Race! AKA This Game Has Rules AKA The Goddess Has Returned TGHR A simple acronym, or a race to radically heal our cultural wounds? Or both? :-D Our systemic "problems" have a systemic cause -- the dis-ease (the lack of ease, the lack of peace) in each of us. Some more that others. If you want to change the world, ha! Good luck. However, perhaps you can understand the world. Perhaps you can understand yourself. Know thyself. The rest is details.

We already have term limits in the form of election days. However, we are not allowed to choose who runs congressional committees, and, thereby, wield strong influence over what legislation is promoted, heard by the public, and voted on by each of the houses. Therefore, there should be a maximum term limit of 6 years for anyone to serve as a committee's chairperson within the house to which they were elected.

Train veterans to clear out the back log for veteran's benefits. Our veterans deserve better than years of waiting; they, already, fought for us, they shouldn't have to keep fighting, when they get home for the benefits they have earned. Training veterans to do the work will kill two birds with one stone: give veterans jobs and clear out the back log.

How to deal with widening inequality: Mandate all US citizens to dedicate 2 weeks a year to do manual work such as; farming, construction, street cleaning, garbage collection, etc. By that, it raises awareness of what's crucial supporting our lives, as well as appreciation to others who do for their livelihood. Payments of livable wage ($15 or 20/hr?) to be paid during the service by FED.

Pass a Constitutional Amendment acknowledging explicitly the Government's inherent DUTY to regulate its elections according to each individual citizen's equal right to speak DURING campaigns corresponding to their equal Voice/Vote at the END. Legislation can then be passed that enforces it at local, State, and Federal levels by monetary and media measures, allowing fine-tuning.

End using Rainforest Lands for growing commercial crops. Rainforest territory must be returned to native forest and habitat for indigenous people and animals. Likewise, end using Native Lands and Public Lands for mining or any commercial business. Native Lands belong to Native Americans and Indigenous peoples. Public Lands belong to The People.
