Stop spending money on projects that can wait, such a new Parking Lot for the Tinley Park Convention Center. The 77,000 they are getting to renovate the parking lot or the building is a crime. We have people living on the streets, who are homeless and unfortunately a lot of them live with a brain disorder. We have many people living with a brain disorder who no longer have a day program to go to because the funds have run out and they close the day programs or clinics.

Schools should teach collaborative discussion skills. Discussion in our schools is too often conflict averse. We don't learn to challenge each other or how to be open to being challenged. This cripples effective collaboration.

instead of euthanization and cremation of so many abandoned or unwanted pets at animal shelters here in the USA and in other western nations -- put the sacrificed animal to some good use; allow the animals to be frozen and sold to starving distressed nations and/or people who can use the meat of the sacrificed animals as a source of protein for sustainance of life, and secondarily, they can use the skins of the animals for other adjunct products they may need to make and use to sustain life.

We need a Vision that is based on human and planetary values. One vision that we could look to for guidance is the Native American philosophy of determining how each decision, each action will affect Life for 7 generations to come. We need to value children first and foremost; and meet their needs of genius, creativity, and freedom. Next we need to value families - mothers, fathers, and communities. We need to value Mother Earth and take care of her rather than destroying her.

We understand that Social Security is a benefit that citizens and employers pay into- it is not free money from the government. Having said that, because we are in a country that encourages free enterprise- a place where you can live the life you want, we should have access to earned funds for a one time, penalty free withdrawal up to $10,000. This will gives citizens the opportunity realize enrichment, education or entrepreneurial pursuits...whatever they wish.

Ban ALL religion. It is a mental illness born of brainwashing. ALL the "god's" were man-made. Promote scientific evidence in schools, and remove any trace of religious brainwashing.

Develop a US department of peace. We have a department of war but no department of peace. This is not a fair and balanced representation of diplomacy. Employ US NGO leaders that have excelled in peace negotiations and not those who are corporate profiteers.

We have one home, Earth. Every decision made, political, economic, industrial, or agricultural should be made intelligently and passionately with great regard for our environment. If an intended action or policy were to have a negative impact on our environment it would be reworked to create a positive result with no negative impact at a minimum. If there was an essential program or policy etc. there could be mitigation on a different site that was environmentally damaging or degraded.

AIR IS FIRST, WATER IS SECOND, FOOD IS THIRD. FOOD HAVING NO NEGATIVE IMPACT ON ENVIRONMENT AND USING LESS WATER IS THE WAY OF THE FUTURE. My mission, I believe a matter of our nations survival, is to move this nation forward a large step towards Aquaculture, hydroponics and preferably aqauponics. Our food source is already dismal. We used to be called the food basket, California was producing the majority of vegetables and other foods. I am seeking grant to get started.

End corporate lying for profit. In honor of Dr. Clair Cameron Patterson who fought multinational oil and gas corporations to prove that lead in paint and gasoline can fatally harm people; we must end the for profit science liars like Robert A. Kehoe by punishing the corporations who employ them. The tobacco science wars have evolved into the climate science, chemical pollution dumping and GMO science wars. The US have the most relaxed regulations and relaxed enforcement.
