Our country's Wildlife needs protection from the BLM, the Wildlife Service, ranch organizations, the oil & gas lobbies & even some states. Our wildlife: mustangs, wolves, bison, foxes, coyotes etc. are not getting the protection they are entitled to by law. They are being killed right and left to meet the demands of those listed above. Even with the outcry of a huge number of regular citizens, the killing and round ups continue, facilitated by government agencies.

Train every police force in the nation to create a strong, positive relationship with ALL minority communities, getting out of squad cars, and talking with members of these communities, riding bikes, and becoming a neighbor to these people. Also, focus on hiring more members of that community in the police force.

They may no longer attend any event sponsored or funded by any PAC or any other entity whose primary activities are to contribute to our otherwise influence any political activity anywhere in the country. Fine all companies whose employees have to use welfare programs. The fine should be for the full cost of the welfare received proportional to the number of hours worked per month. This would prevent the company from cutting hours to avoid the fine.

Make the payroll tax affect taxypayers ABOVE a certain line, rather than below. So payroll tax would START being assessed on income above $50K or $100K or whatever number is needed to make this proposal revenue neutral, but in any case should have NO ceiling. This is an automatic benefit to the first bit of money EVERYONE makes but assures that social security is paid by those with economic surplus, not those who are struggling to get by.

Executives in our defense industry get obscenely extravagant salaries, sometimes going as high as $500 million. It is an exploitation and waste of taxpayer money. Salaries of the executive of all defense contractors should be limited -- not one cent more than $500,000 -- and should be made public.

No one who is not eligible to vote in a given election should be allowed to contribute to political campaigns in that district. Since corporations are not eligible to vote, they may not contribute to political campaigns, ever. This will ensure that local issues are addressed and local candidates are elected, not career politicians moving from place to place trying to get elected (like Scott Brown, for example).

End all telephone solicitation. One's privacy, personal time, and telephone expenses are violated constantly. Also, if all solicitation by phone was eliminated, a huge reduction in tele-crime would result. In today's day in age no one needs to be hounded by cold-callers and pushy sales persons. Any information a customer needs to make purchases is easily available on the internet.

Incarcerate those engaged in corporate crime and tax evasion. UBS Bank, Switzerland's largest, revealed the names of over 4,500 American depositors guilty of US tax fraud. Celebrities have been jailed for this. The names of these people have been hidden from the public. Too often the fines paid are far less than the theft.
