Screen all high school students for mental illness. Give students the opportunity to self-report symptoms and problems. Making this routine and mandatory should help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness, in addition to allowing for treatment.

Corporations cannot be bound by laws created for humans - corporations have no guilt, no conscience, no compassion, no reason to reform. Get rid of laws recognizing corporations as people. Create laws that are scaled for corporate reform and may then better control corporate crimes.

Since the 1960's.....I have been advocating for a moratorium on immigration. We have not kept up as a country on the influx of immigrants, which causes major budgetary problems, as well as jobs, education, healthcare. A 5 yr. freeze every time we reach a point of unsustainability would be a welcome start to the problem of overpopulation !

Universal social security participation and equal benefits for all. All working people shoild pay into this system rather thsn separate funds for teachers state workers etc and benefits should be equal snd not dependent on salary gradations. Private savings accounts can vary but everyone shoild support snd get the same benefits in our public social security safety net. Simplify snd fairly compensate.

Grants for people with disabilities to open small businesses, that's not currently being handled by the Rehabilitation Commission. We want to be productive members of society, why not allow us grants to start businesses we know we can be successful at? Most people going before the Rehabilitation Commission fail, because they don't consider our interests or our strengths, often putting us in jobs that last less than 3 months. We are the best judge as to what we are capable to do.

Think Global, Act Local: I will do a humanitarian gesture to three different individuals who are stuck and couldn't have done it by themselves. Each one of them will equally assist three other fellow humans in crossing a "bridge" that is beyond their reach. By so doing, this stimulus of positivity will spread and become very contagious-overwhelmingly global as a wind of change. This could involve feeding three malnourished children, even just once and inducing them to do the minimum for others.

This week I tried helping two ladies with gaining a permanent home. Valid Id's and getting off the street. They declined the help. Why would they do that? Should we have more laws that help homeless people by taking their rights away for 30 days and getting them the help that they need? If they were mentally ill and not responsible for themselves. Obviously that is the case since they would be found to be homeless. We need programs to force them into a shelter, force them to progress.

we need a constitutional amendment to remove clause giving automatic eligibility for citizenship to a child born on American soil. Unless we do this we will continue the cycle of illegal immigration, followed by the necessity to reunite families and amnesty while millions Wait patiently overseas to get legal visas

We need a Vision that is based on human and planetary values. One vision that we could look to for guidance is the Native American philosophy of determining how each decision, each action will affect Life for 7 generations to come. We need to value children first and foremost; and meet their needs of genius, creativity, and freedom. Next we need to value families - mothers, fathers, and communities. We need to value Mother Earth and take care of her rather than destroying her.

End using Rainforest Lands for growing commercial crops. Rainforest territory must be returned to native forest and habitat for indigenous people and animals. Likewise, end using Native Lands and Public Lands for mining or any commercial business. Native Lands belong to Native Americans and Indigenous peoples. Public Lands belong to The People.

How to deal with widening inequality: Mandate all US citizens to dedicate 2 weeks a year to do manual work such as; farming, construction, street cleaning, garbage collection, etc. By that, it raises awareness of what's crucial supporting our lives, as well as appreciation to others who do for their livelihood. Payments of livable wage ($15 or 20/hr?) to be paid during the service by FED.

Pass an amendment to the constitution that citizens are the sole managers of their bodies, property, and residences. That no government or private entity can infringe upon that right, unless the citizen is causing harm to another. Thus we will have the right to die, to have sex however we want, to refuse a draft, to take any drug we need, to grow any type of drug W/O taxation, and more. Imagine a world where drugs cost pennies w/o legal issues. It was pre-WW1 and a golden era in history.
