Comprehensive election reforms. A law forbidding corporations from funding elections in any form and a limit on individual spending. National day off for all citizens to vote. National standards for voter eligibility, with specific prohibitions against restrictions designed to suppress specific types of voters.

I would say, not just corporations; get all outside money out. And I've given some thought to the voting holiday idea and feel strongly that it must be a Wednesday; furthest from a weekend as possible. If we had a day off business would probably want it to be a Monday or Friday to be less obstructive to their work flow, but that would just make a 3 day weekend and too many people would take advantage of it to do things other than vote.

Perhaps the voting holiday should coincide with Constitution Day, September 17th?
