Have a Big Idea?

Ask Congress that a state of war be declared on green house gases. The goal of this effort should be that within 20 years the US will actually be reducing green house gases from the atmosphere as its share in the effort to mitigate the consequences of global climate change.

Some climate scientists are saying that it may already be too late. They predict climate warming has already gone too far and that the warming will lead to the release of methane gases into the atmosphere making the planet unfit for most large mammals to survive, including humans. I opt for hope. I do agree that massive action must be taken and soon. In 20 years we must not only bring our green house gas levels to zero increase. We must also begin the task of pulling green house gases out of the atmosphere.
