Prohibit all front-running transactions in the financial service industry, whereby banks review customer orders then place orders in advance to take advantage of this foreknowledge, subordinate the customer's interest, and manipulate the market.

All voting roll deletions (purges) must take place no less than 6 months prior to election day and must be reviewed by a panel of 6 auditors, 3 from each Party, which audit shall be conducted over 120 days, with ample time determined by the size of the purge. Additional auditors may be assigned, equally to each Party, for exceptionally large purges, such that no auditor is required to review more than 2,500 cases.

40 hour work weeks with a punch clock politicians must punch in daily and in person. At the end of the "work" week each politician must fill out a time sheet accounting for every second of the work week and post it to there website. This must include all time spent "dialing for dollars" as well as accounting for each and every spent with a lobbyist.

Tie Federal funds for communities to percentage of eligible voters who voted. 75% people vote, the community receives monies with no strings attached, make own decisions on how spent. Below 75% local funds are regulated and must be spent per government regulations. This encourages voting and community responsibility.

In local elections, make it mandatory that the positions held by those running for office be made available to everyone. Where I live, ruraly, there is not even a local paper for viliage (city) , county and sometimes statewide. So people go in and have to vote blind. I have lived in large cities and this is not a problem, but out here in the country it is.

Have redistricting be done by a commission picked by lottery selection. This would be similar to jury duty, but pay would be higher to match the commissioner's current salary or another acceptable level. Employers would be forced to hold their job for them while the commissioners are in session. This would be similar to California's Redistricting Board.

Bring back non-partisanship to congress and stop the total control by majority. We need a congress and senate that are willing to compromise for the good of citizens not to increase power for whatever party is in power.

Mandate congress Pledge to accept campaign contributions from registered USofA voters only. No monies from non-voters (eg PACs & Corps). Those who don't sign or accept non-USofA voter campaign funds are publically announcing they represent non-USofA voter interests which threatens the integrity of congress; the security of the nation. The sovereignty of the USofA (via its constitution) is placed in the hands of the voters.

The number of congressional representatives for each state shall be determined by the number of actual voters in the most recent two congressional elections, instead of by the state's population. This change would give each state incentive to encourage voting, and a penalty for disenfranchisement. The measure of Apportionment can be changed by law, no constitutional amendment required.

New Campaign Time Limits: Memorial Day to Halloween: Only a change in the election 'system' will rally disgusted voters back on Election Day. Ordinary citizens don't want less government. They want less campaigning. A clear, simple law that limits the length of public campaigns to those five months is the answer. It would also seriously shorten the amount of time money can be sent so more candidates can compete. And the the serious hurdle of passing a consitiutional amendment would be moot.

Eliminate all but two staff offices for all members of Congress, one in Washington and the other in his/her home state. For Senators, that would eliminate 4 offices per Senator or 400 offices (staffs, buildings, maintenance, benefits, etc.) For House Reps, that would eliminate 1 office per Rep. or 435 offices. The total for both would be 835 offices which would save trillions of dollars over time.
