Protect whistle blowers in government service from retaliation for reporting fraud, waste and abuse in the operation of administrative agencies. Enforcing transparency in government will save tax-payer funds and reinforce our credibility here and throughout the world.

Make all Elected Officials live by the same rules & laws as the rest of us. That includes paying into Social Security & Medicare, and paying for their own healthcare & retirement. No more Cadillac pension plans & free healthcare paid for by the American Public, which I am sure is a HUGE item in the budget, and probably bigger than all "welfare" put together. Additionally, "public servants" should be paid the same minimum wage they impose on Americans.

It's time to set term limits for the Supreme Court Justices and end their Career Statuses and make it a criminal act to be bought and paid for by the wealthy and big Corporations. Do not allow them to be above the laws and hold them accountable for their rulings in favor of Big Corporations and Billionaire sponsored organizations. It's time for a "SCOTUS Cleansing"

If corporations are people, arrest them for their crimes. It would force the right-wing Supreme Court to take the stance that sometimes corporations AREN'T people - important legal precedent.

Our present government is paralyzed by partisan politics. If politicians are unable to do the peoples work than the stubborn, uncompromising politicians should have their job benefits reduced or eliminated, depending on their inflexibility.

A new ELECTION WEEKEND in the United States should replace the tired old Election Tuesday -- which is a busy workday for most people, and only the stipulation of a long-obsolesced 1845 law, not a Constitutional provision. Working-class folks, young people, people of color, seniors, and transportation-challenged Americans will all be helped to vote by scheduling U.S. elections to occur on Saturdays and Sundays instead of on Tuesdays. We can start with Election Weekends in cities and metro areas.

Amend the constitution to create an absolute vote guarantee for all citizens, placing strict penalties for any individuals, organizations or government entities that interfere with or unduly restrict voting, directly or indirectly. Currently the American right to vote is not specifically and directly guaranteed in the constitution, but only "inferred" in the amendments that restrict some specific forms of voter suppression.

We need a television news media that has responsible journalism and that holds politicians accountable. We do not have that in this country anymore. We need a media that is paid for by the people and not influenced by big business interests.

Clampdown on carpetbagger politicians. A politician and his family should actually have to establish and live in a primary residence within a state for at least two years before they can run for office in that state. No more letting someone just pick a state (and district) to run in because they like their chances there better than in their own district.

If Benito Mussolini and Thomas Jefferson were right . We now live in a Corporate Fascist State. Mussolini, The definition of Fascism is the merger of the corporations and state". Jefferson, "The end of democracy and the defeat of the American Revolution WILL occur when the government falls into the hands of the moneyed incorporations and lending institutions. Time to make voting day a national holiday, outlaw jerrymandering and repeal Citizens United!

All lobbiests should be eliminated!!!!!!! - Most politicians have a staff with which to research, evaluate, study and figure out the desires and wishes of their constituents - who needs lobbiests other than for the purpose of filling politicos pockets? No lobbiests within a 500 mile radius of politicians, their offices, capitals, etc. Let them write their congressman like the rest of us!

Since most members of Congress are already wealthy when elected, their wage should be the average American wage each year. When the average wage rises, Congress' wage rises, and if the average falls, so does their wage. It is equitable and reminds them they work for American people.

Have the Justice Department investigate companies that offer voting machines and vote counting systems. Congress should require that votes be counted in-district and using secure systems that are not owned or managed by the companies that developed the machines. The same goes for tabulating votes on state and national elections. This is not always the case today.

1. Ten year term limits for Supreme Court Justices. 2. Bypass congress, go straight to a constitutional amendment overturning citizens united. Corporations are not people, and money is not speech. Nothing will change until these two things happen. Even well meaning Democrats have barely a prayer of getting elected without taking corporate dollars. Any change enacted will be overturned by the nakedly political right wing court.
